We are seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to join our Dogtopia team at either location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our furry clients while ensuring their comfort and safety. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as a premier destination for pet care.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including full grooms bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for dogs of various breeds.
• Believes in treating dogs with respect and kindness, while ensure the safety and comfort of each dog during the grooming process.
• Communicate effectively with pet parents regarding their dog's grooming needs and any observations during the appointment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area to ensure a safe environment for pets and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to build relationships with pet parents and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated on grooming techniques and trends to provide the best care possible.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dog grooming.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes with care and compassion.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during grooming sessions.
• A passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
