The ODGA Novice Invitational is just that, a platform for groomers who are new to the competition world.
We know many of you want to try competition, but some are intimated by stepping into that show ring alongside award winning groomers.
Here is your opportunity to apply your skillset without pressure! Remember that even the top competitors had to start somewhere and felt just like you did.
Our board members and judge Marcia Strong will help guide you through the novice competition and provide critiques, along with Q&A's to get you feeling comfortable.
Our #1 Rule is to relax and have fun!
Dog sizes and times permitted:
Small - 11” at withers = 1 hour
Medium - 11” and up to including 17” = 1.5
Large - 18” + = 2 hours
(Dogs arrive prepped inc. bath/nails/pads/sani)
ENTRY FEE $50 – ALL COMPETITORS RECEIVE A SWAG BAG!
Best In Show Prize $350
1st place = $150
2nd place = $100
3rd place = $50.00
